Whitney Andrus, Founding Peach
Whitney Andrus, founder of Half Belly Health, is deeply committed to her mission of offering compassionate, shame-free health coaching. From a young age, she was taught that size, weight, and health were inseparable, sparking a cycle of self-criticism and shame. After exploring various weight management options and eventually undergoing vertical sleeve gastrectomy, Whitney was fortunate to have access to a comprehensive support system of therapists, nutrition coaches, and fitness experts.
This experience revealed a gap in the bariatric community—a need for continued guidance on the path to lifelong well-being. With a passion for making this level of support accessible to all, Whitney founded Half Belly Health and hold several certifications across nutrition and personal training - including certifications with GLP Nutrition. Her goal is to help individuals, whether they've had surgery or not, cultivate a healthy relationship with food, fitness, and their bodies. You can follow Half Belly Health on social media on IG, Facebook, and TikTok.
Tanzi Stafford, Personal Training Peach
Tanzi is a 24-year-old personal trainer who has been riding horses her entire life. Her fitness journey started during her freshman year of college when she was required to join her rodeo team for early morning workouts. She hated it at first, but after a year, she began to see results and got hooked—despite still learning the ropes.
Living on a farm, Tanzi loves hunting and outdoor activities but also has a passion for makeup, fashion, and all things girly, with pink being her favorite color. An only child, she considers her two dogs, Fergie and Rose, her kids.
Tanzi approaches life with a "glass half full" mindset and strives to be a positive light to those around her. Her listening skills help her connect deeply with clients, ensuring she understands their needs and goals before designing their workout programs. Known for her discipline, Tanzi attributes it to being stubborn—if someone tells her she can’t do something, she’ll make sure to do it twice.
