I’m Whitney

I'm a certified health and nutrition coach, personal
trainer, and the founder of Half Belly Health. With over a
decade in the wellness industry, I’m passionate about
helping people heal their relationships with food,
movement, and their bodies. My work focuses on
creating sustainable health habits and breaking free
from toxic diet culture. Through Half Belly Health and
initiatives like Whole Heart Health, I’m committed to
supporting children’s nutrition education and fostering
holistic wellness in my community. As a mom of two,
animal lover, and advocate for shame-free wellness, I’m
dedicated to building a healthier world where everyone
can achieve lifelong success on their health journeys.
