75 Heart

You've heard of 75 Hard—now get ready for 75 Heart! This challenge is designed to focus on small, powerful habits that build on each other to improve your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, while also strengthening our community.

Over 75 days, we will:

  • Build habits that serve us holistically—mind, body, and spirit.

  • Read one book together to inspire personal growth.

  • Hold weekly virtual meetups for accountability and support.

  • Host regular in-person meetups for our local community to connect.

Participants will also receive:

  • Nutrition support to guide healthy, sustainable eating habits.

  • Weekly movement prompts to keep your body moving with joy.

  • A strong sense of purpose—this challenge directly supports nutrition education and resources for children, from pre-k to seniors.

Join us for 75 Heart, where your growth supports a healthier future for everyone!
