75 Heart Challenge: Thrive Through the Holidays

As we enter the final 75 days of 2024, the 75 Heart Challenge from Half Belly Health invites you to take control of your health and well-being during the holiday season. This challenge isn't about restriction or simply "getting through" the festivities; it's about thriving—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

For just $10, you’ll gain access to a dedicated community, daily goals, a shared book to read, local meetups, and group movement activities to keep you motivated and connected. Best of all, your participation will directly support free nutrition education for children, seniors, and lower-income areas—helping others make healthier choices during this critical time.

The 75 Heart Challenge is perfect for those who love accountability, want to make new friends, and are determined to emerge from the holidays stronger and healthier. With small, achievable daily habits, you’ll feel empowered to not only navigate the season but truly thrive.

Habits we will work toward:

  • Protein and produce at each meal

  • Read a book designed to empower us (options at sign up)

  • Move 20 minutes a day intentionally

  • 8,000 Steps per day

  • 7-8 hours of sleep per night

As part of Half Belly Health’s Blue Zone Initiative, this challenge aligns with our mission of creating lasting, positive change through joyful movement, nutrient-dense meals, and building strong social connections. By taking part in 75 Heart, you’ll experience how these small, sustainable actions can transform your holiday season and contribute to a healthier, more vibrant community. Included in sign up:

  • Discount to Purposeful Pause (an event happening December 9th)

  • Meet-Ups on November 3rd, November 20th, December 19th in the Denham Springs area (totally optional, but always available to find a new friend)

  • Dedicated facebook group

  • Weekly recipes and workouts

Don't just survive Halloween and the holidays this year—join us in 75 Heart and thrive while supporting meaningful nutrition education for those who need it most!
