Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Looking for a great tasting muffin that checks all the boxes? This is it. I love these because they have great fiber and taste amazing. I usually eat these as a snack or in the morning with my protein coffee.
This is where I could one by one tell you about all the things you can do to alter this recipe or where I got each ingredient, but that is annoying. So let’s get into it!
Baked Oatmeal – Banana Chocolate Chip:
Makes 6 muffins
Ingredients
1 C oats
2 eggs
Whole Banana
½ C milk of your choice (I like greek yogurt)
3 T Hemp Hearts (optional, but add good protein)
Dash of baking soda
½ C chocolate chips (I think dark chocolate works best)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2T of Swerve Brown Sugar
Instructions
In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. If using brown sugar add 1T of the swerve brown sugar.
Stir in dark chocolate chips.
Pour into muffin cups.
Bake at 350* till golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Store in fridge
